Cancellation

A session can only be cancelled 24 hours prior to the session time. If it is cancelled LESS than 24 hours prior to the session time, the student forfeits the payment and the session is not rescheduled. The only time a rescheduling can happen is if there is an emergency, such as a health issue.

Payment

Payment must be paid in advance of your session or workshop. Once you pay - via Interac transfer or PayPal - you will receive a link for our session and the receipt.
