Policies
Thank you for being interested in working with me! The following is a list of my policies. Please read them carefully, fill out the form below, and submit. This acts as your electronic signature that you understood all policies. When you book your first session, a copy of the policies will be sent your way. Thanks!
Cancellation: You can cancel up till 24 hours in advance. If you cancel after 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged for your session. If you cancel before 24 hours prior to your appointment, you do not need to pay for your session.
Payment: Payment is due within 48 hours of the session. Payment is accepted in cash, interact transfer, check, cc through scheduler, or PayPal. A receipt will be provided for your taxes after the payment is received.
Materials: Materials are created by Suzanne Cerreta. Please respect the copywriter, and not reproduce these materials or recordings for your friends or for other non-paying people. As well, do not post these materials on social media or blogs or any other internet-based medium.
Confidentiality: All notes and work on your personal process will not be shared with anyone unless you ask for it to be shared, or if in any way there is suspicion of harm to yourself or others.
Process and Progress: As I see you only once or twice a week and share exercises, it is up to you to continue the work outside of our sessions and practice, in order to progress. The more you practice outside of the classroom, the faster you will progress.
Scheduling: I am not available after 8pm on weekdays or on weekends, unless there is an emergency audition. Unless it is an emergency, please avoid scheduling a session the day of or the day before you would like to meet. This gives us both time to prepare, and your desired time may not be available.
